Do you ever feel like this?

Are you tired of the routine?

It probably means time to change it up a bit.

-Take it outside, get some fresh air.

It probably means you are burned out.

-Try a new workout class or workout with a buddy.

It probably means you need a break.

-Recovery is key, rest days and restorative activities like yoga and massage are great!
