  1. Tick tock-  arriving 15 minutes early gives your time to settle and not feel rushed.
  2.  Let’s chat- aches, pain, stressed, emotional? Let your therapist know so they can provide you with an effective treatment.
  3. Drink up- hydrate well, water is key to
  4. Clear your calendar- at the very least try not to do anything too strenuous or stressful after that lovely massage.
  5. Think ahead-schedule your next appointment before you leave.
