Insurance:
Massage HealthOne does not accept insurance at this time. We can however, provide documentation of treatment for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.

Reservations:
Due to limited availability, sessions are to be paid for in advance to reserve your appointment.

Massage Sessions/Promotions/Packages:
Massage sessions are non-refundable, but good for 6 months from the date of purchase. Promotional packages are also non-transferable and non-refundable.

Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment:
All major credit cards via Paypal accepted for payment. Advance payment is required to reserve appointments.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and/or have not given notice at least 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay the FULL cost of the session. Cancelled or time changes not disclosed within 48 hours for massage event bookings are non-refundable.
